Contacting an Information and Referral Specialist OPGH Information and Referral Specialists can answer your questions about the location and availability of drug and/or alcohol treatment services and resources in Ontario. OPGH staff are available to answer inquiries in both official languages, English and French. Interpretation services are also available in over 140 languages. Information and Referral Services will require specific information in order to respond to your inquiry. Please provide as much information as possible. For example, the age, gender, and location of the individual requiring addiction services should be included.
